Enter-Leave Events

Overview

The Enter-Leave Events page (/{tenant}/enter-leave-events) lists events that record when employees enter or leave a location. This supports attendance, access control, and compliance tracking.

What is an enter-leave event?

An event typically includes:

  • Employee β€” Who entered or left
  • Location β€” Which location
  • Type β€” Enter or Leave
  • Date/time β€” When the event occurred (often ISO datetime)
  • Optional: source (e.g. device, badge), notes

List and filters

  • Route β€” /{tenant}/enter-leave-events
  • Content β€” Table or card list of events.
  • Filters (if supported by the API):
    • Location β€” locationId
    • Employee β€” employeeId
    • Date β€” Single date or range (e.g. date as ISO or date string)
    • Sort β€” sortBy, asc (boolean)
    • Pagination β€” page, size (or perPage)

Columns often include: timestamp, employee name, location, event type (Enter/Leave), and optionally source or notes.

Usage

  • Use this page to see who was at which location and when.
  • Filter by location or employee to narrow down to a specific site or person.
  • Use date filters to focus on a given day or period.
